Terms and conditions
Confirmation of booking:
- To confirm the reservation we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received at least at arrival.
- Is a required security deposit of € 1,500 to be paid 1 week prior to your arrival. The deposit will be returned 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellation policy:
- More than 60 days before scheduled arrival: refund of any payments that exceed the deposit paid (lost the deposit of 50%).
- Less than 60 days before scheduled arrival: in addition to the loss of the deposit, a penalty of 30% of the booking price must be paid (loss of deposit 50% plus 30% penalty = 80%)

Exclusive use
- The holiday home may only be used by registered guests.
